Five generations. One family. One bakery.
In 1902, John Hall and his son Edward set up a small bakery in the Cotswold village of Minchinhampton, delivering fresh loaves door-to-door around the neighbouring villages. Over 120 years later, the fifth generation of the Hall family are still baking — now from our purpose-built bakery in Stroud, Gloucestershire.
Today we run five shops across Gloucestershire and Wiltshire, a team of 60+ local professionals including a number of highly skilled bakers, and a fleet of ten delivery vans supplying cafés, hotels, restaurants and independent stores. We insist on quality local ingredients — including organic flour milled just up the road at Shipton Mill in Tetbury.
